- Put the juice on the fire, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
- Wait for the liquid to cool completely.
- Pour the finished jam into jars. Cover the container with nylon caps.

- After boiling, add sugar to the compote. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes. Then turn off the gas.
