According to the results of 2018, the trade turnover in the agricultural sector between Ukraine and China increased by 16%. This was discussed at a seminar on the features of entering the Chinese organic market, according to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

During the seminar, Liu Jin, Trade and Economic Advisor to the Chinese Embassy in Ukraine, expressed interest in organic products and value-added products. In order to discover the Chinese organic market, Ukrainian farmers will have to carefully study the requirements of this country's legislation on organic production .

Ukraine has everything necessary to increase the supply of organic goods to China and conquer its market, stressed the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Elena Kovalyova.

Earlier it was reported that entrepreneurs of the Vinnitsa region work closely with China, supplying its markets with fruits, desserts, dairy products, chicken legs and equipment for pig farms. In 2018, Vinnytsia producers exported goods worth $ 100.4 million to China.
