Mass death of agricultural crops is observed in the Uritsky district, located in the Oryol region. Local farmers are sounding the alarm and even file a police report, wanting to call to account those who are guilty of plant destruction.
“We believe that the death of crops occurred as a result of an attack from the air,” say farmers in the Uritsky district. According to them, the trees turned black, and seedlings in the fields died in just a couple of days, as they were supposedly sprayed with liquid of unknown origin by an unidentified plane.
“We could not even think that this plane, flying across the river, was spraying something,” agrarians of the Oryol region complain. “And it was most likely some kind of pesticides or herbicides that ruined our crops.”
With their misfortune, the residents of the affected area went to the municipal administration, as well as to the police. Law enforcers confirm that they have received a statement from the indignant agrarians who are affected and are now investigating the case.
The circumstances that led to the death of the Oryol crop are clarified, and if it comes to the courtroom, an examination of the dead plants will be appointed. Only then will it be possible to establish what triggered the drying up of crops.
