The first batch of lactose-free milk and dairy products will go off the assembly lines of the Dairy Alliance enterprises by the end of 2018.

It should be noted that the dairy alliance of Ukraine includes such enterprises as: Trostyanetsky, Zolotonoshsky, Piryatinsky, Gorodenkovsky and Bashtansky factories, as well as Etalonolokoprodukt and Etalon. They produce products under well-known trademarks in Ukraine - Yagotinsky, Zlatokrai, Primno, Slavia and Zdorovo.

According to the owner of the alliance, Alexander Derkach, the first batch of lactose-free dairy products has already been made in the shops of factories. Such products will appear on sale in a few weeks, says Derkach.

Note that all over the world there are very often people who do not tolerate lactose. When consuming products containing this carbohydrate, in some cases certain functions of the body are disturbed, health is worsened, and an allergic reaction occurs. However, experts do not recommend completely eliminating dairy dishes from their diet. This is where lactose-free dairy products come to the rescue.

The shelf life of lactose-free milk and its products starts from 8 days. The maximum shelf life in a thermal protective bag reaches several months.

In the meantime, the Lustdorf company is launching products such as buckwheat and oatmeal Nemolok on the Ukrainian market. The composition of such a product includes water, deodorized sunflower oil, stabilizer carrageenan, salt, buckwheat or oatmeal. Fat "non-milk" does not exceed 2.5 percent, manufacturers say.
