Between January 1 and July 1, 2019, milk producers from the Russian Federation sold almost one and a half percent less than their products than in the same period of the previous year. And they managed to gain one hundred forty-nine million six hundred thousand US dollars for this.
According to world market analysts, Russian dairymen have somewhat reduced their export turnover, since today there is a noticeable drop in prices for dairy products among suppliers from all over the world.
It is important to note that Kazakhstan is traditionally considered the main buyer of Russian dairy products. It is known that Kazakh importers account for more than forty-three percent of the total mass of external shipments of the Russian "milk".
The second largest purchases are Ukraine, which imports fifteen percent of Russian milk. The third place goes to the Republic of Belarus (the indicator is ten percent of the total physical volume of export).
Next is Tajikistan, which accounts for five percent of all Russian dairy exports. And the Mongolian, Georgian, Abkhazian importers and customers from China close the line of buyers. Such information was shared in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
