A resident of the city of Sumy refreshed the Ukrainian confectionery market, presenting amazing sweets to the court of sweet tooth. Oksana Martimyanova’s sweets are made from environmentally friendly products. In particular, buckwheat sweets made by Oksana are especially popular.
It all started with the fact that Martimyanova wanted to make unique confectionery from local products: buckwheat, honey, nuts, etc. Of these, a marsupial made truffles, experimented with organic chocolate. And then, in a conversation with a friend, she noticed how she described her favorite childhood dish - buckwheat in milk with fried onions. This description inspired Oksana, and soon she developed a recipe for unusual, but incredibly tasty sweets.
The girl hopes that Ukrainians will carry the sweets of her production abroad as a gift to sophisticated foreigners. Martimyanova’s plans for the near future are to develop a buckwheat roasting recipe.
