This spring, local entrepreneurs began planting a pear orchard in the village of Moisevka, Drabovsky district, Cherkasy region. they plan to plant about 140 hectares, which is about half a million trees.
Previously, there was 500 hectares of garden on this site, which in 20 years turned into dense thickets. Today, there were caring people who decided to restore it on their own.
The director and founder of Yummy Fruits LLC, chairman of the Our Region regional organization Vitaliy Oksentyuk said that he began to implement the idea in order to bring people back to the village and give them decent jobs at home.In addition to the revival of gardening, the company also helps to develop the infrastructure of the village. “We have already repaired the kindergarten, partially the road, made a playground. It is very good that people began to return to the village - in the last two weeks alone, about 15 local residents have moved from Kiev. During tree planting, more than 200 peasants from Moysevka itself and neighboring villages worked for us, ”says Vitaliy Oksentyuk.
Now in the garden create the right conditions for adaptation and comfortable growth of trees. When growing, Belgian technology is used with an innovative plant watering system.“We plan to introduce innovative technologies in gardening, which are currently not in Ukraine. Namely: a computer plant nutrition system, an anti-hail system, a system for protecting and preventing spring frosts, a disease prevention system, ”said the director of the enterprise.
