In the vast expanses of the Almaty region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the construction of a new agro-industrial facility will very soon begin. We are talking about the construction of a large-scale milk processing plant.
It is known that the organizers and curators of the project is the RizykAgro enterprise. According to representatives of the company’s administration, the new plant will focus on processing raw materials from mare’s milk.
It will not be superfluous to note that a unique enterprise requires considerable costs for its implementation. Therefore, investors, having studied all the nuances, decided to allocate at least five hundred thirty million tenge (approximately one million three hundred seventy thousand US dollars) for the project.
According to preliminary data, the production capacity of the future plant will be able to produce about six tons of koumiss and twenty-one tons of milk on the market.
It is noteworthy that the new facility will be based on the expanses of the Bereke industrial park, which is located in the Ili region of Kazakhstan. The start of the plant is scheduled for 2020.
Based on the plans and calculations of the project organizers, in the coming years, a complex may appear next to the dairy, whose employees will focus on the production of semi-finished meat products - manti, ravioli, etc. The capacity of such a workshop can be about three tons of products daily.
