The land was returned to the state with an area of almost 415 hectares worth about 46.5 million UAH in the territory of Kharkov region.
Land was allocated to a local resident for farming. Through the Balakleysky District Court, the prosecutor's office returned the land to state property that was not used for its intended purpose.
We are talking about eleven land plots with a total area of about 415 hectares and a cost of almost 46.5 million UAH, which are located on the territory of the Shebelinsky village council, according to the head of the Lozovskaya local prosecutor’s office, Igor Beloded. The designated land plots at the end of 2014 were leased to a local resident for 49 years. The procedure was carried out on the basis of orders of the Main Directorate of the State Agency for Land Administration. Allocation of land for agricultural activities took place without bidding.
But this man never created a farm, and within a few months after receiving the land, he leased it to one of the enterprises.Due to the fact that the land was not used by the tenant for its intended purpose, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the court to terminate the lease and sub-lease agreements and return the land plots to state ownership. The district court of claims satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor. The time for appeal continues.
