Leading experts of the All-Ukrainian Institute of Scientific Breeding have shown the world their next achievement. We are talking about a unique hybrid variety of corn, which belongs to the category of dessert and is called "Tiara".
The corn of this variety, the developers assure, will become indispensable in the kitchen of those hostesses and cooks who often prepare salads and tend to experiment in search of new flavor combinations.
According to the scientists who developed the new variety, “Diadem" has a rich taste, bright aroma and rich texture. It is noteworthy that you can eat not only grains of corn of this amazing variety, but also head of cabbage.
Harvest "Tiaras" are harvested when the corn is at the stage of milk ripeness - this allows you to get soft and tender grains that have not yet had time to form and harden to the end.
Employees of the institute, who managed to create this variety, joke that the "Diadem" is a worthy answer to the American corn of the Baby Corn variety.
