Growing
Two ways to germinate:
- It is necessary to collect the spores of the overripe golovach. Sow on the site, maintain humidity by constant watering. Harvest will be in six months.

It contains: vitamins (B: B1 and B2, B6 and B9), trace elements (selenium, manganese, iron), macrocells (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium), leucine, tyrosine, lipoids and enzymes, easy-to-absorb protein, calvacin acid. From the latter, a medication is produced against a malignant tumor and sarcoma.
